Login and security

The User is responsible for keeping their username and password confidential.

Any login or action performed through the User’s account is presumed to have been carried out by the User. If the User suspects fraudulent use, they must immediately notify the Publisher.

Unsubscribe

Users may request the deletion of their account and data by contacting the Publisher at: support@cold-is-gold.com.

The Publisher will process the request as soon as possible, subject to any legal data retention requirements (see Privacy Policy).

In the absence of an amicable settlement, only the courts within the jurisdiction of the Lyon Court of Appeals shall have jurisdiction to hear any dispute relating to these Terms of Use, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims.
