The problem isn't sending emails. It's sending emails that sound human.

What 99% of companies do

Most companies send the same email to all their prospects. It’s a generic, formulaic message that reeks of copy-and-paste. “Hello, my name is X, I work at Y, and I’d like to offer you…” No one responds. And eventually, people come to believe that cold emails don’t work.

What we do

Precision targeting: we select your prospects one by one, in batches of thousands, matching your criteria exactly. Then, for each one, our AI analyzes their latest updates (a LinkedIn post, a press release, a page on their website) and crafts an opening sentence that could only apply to them. Our copywriters review, adjust, and refine it. The prospect opens the email and thinks a human took the time to write it just for them. Because it’s almost true.

How to grow your pipeline.

01

Identify the ideal prospects

We find your future customers right where they are: Google Maps, LinkedIn, Instagram. You give us the criteria—city, industry, company size, prospect’s job title—and our AI selects only those who truly match. It’s nothing like a random list you’ve bought.

02

Writing emails that sound natural

For each prospect, our AI reads something recent about them—a LinkedIn post, a news article, a page from their website—and writes an opening sentence that could only apply to them. Our copywriters review, adjust, and polish it. The email feels as though it were handwritten.

03

Convert into qualified leads

Emails are sent automatically, at the right pace to maximize responses. Interested leads are delivered to a dedicated inbox. All you have to do is schedule appointments and make the sale—we handle everything else.

How AI identifies what matters to each prospect.

For each prospect, our AI identifies a unique signal—a recent piece of information, a telling detail—and crafts a hook that’s tailored just for them. Here are 13 examples from real campaigns, along with the full emails. Scroll from left to right.

I’m reaching out because we’ve created an instant booking solution for creative artisans that integrates directly with Instagram. Your followers can place an order or make a reservation in just two clicks from a story or post—without ever leaving the app, without entering their address, and without getting lost on your website. The florists we work with are seeing 30 to 40 additional orders per month within the first few weeks.

Handcrafted hardware × interior designers (international)

Reaching out to interior designers in the UK and US, automatically identifying recent projects in their portfolios.
Signal AIA recent project (project name) + design details identified in the firm’s work (colors, textures, materials, atmosphere).
FromRichard · HornHausSubjectParkstone Primary Retreat

Dear Jill,

I was looking at your Parkstone Primary Retreat project, and I thought the way you paired muted tones with natural textures looked incredibly stylish.

I wanted to reach out because we produce a small collection of hand-glazed ceramic tiles in the UK—crafted one at a time in our Bath studio, featuring organic edges and earth pigments. These tiles blend seamlessly with the muted tones and natural textures you’re already working with, and they offer a warmth quite different from that of standard porcelain.

Would a sample kit be useful for your current mood board?

FromJulien · Cave24SubjectLa Dolce Vita: Your Wines

Hello, Sébastien,

I saw that you have a bistro in the Marais in Paris that serves bistronomic French cuisine.

I’m writing to let you know that every week we select twelve rare cheeses from French cheese affineurs and artisanal farms, and deliver them directly to your kitchen within 24 hours. The Parisian bistros we work with tell us that this sets them apart right away—with signature cheese platters, higher profit margins, and a story that keeps the conversation flowing at the table.

Would you like to receive a sample selection for your next service?

FromChloé · StandsRawSubjectYour booth at Maison&Objet

Hello Antoine,

I saw that you exhibited at Maison&Objet in January—your solid oak collection really drew attention at your booth.

I’m writing to you because we design modular lighting systems for trade show booths—the same warm, sculptural lighting you see in flagship stores, which can be installed in just a few hours and reused at up to five trade shows. For a brand like yours that showcases handcrafted pieces, this radically transforms the look and feel of your booth without breaking the bank.

Would you be interested in discussing this for your next trade show?

Express Factoring × Small and Medium-Sized Construction Companies

Cold calling executives at small and medium-sized construction companies—road and utility infrastructure, civil engineering, structural work, masonry, and carpentry.
Signal AIA recently awarded public contract or construction project (name, location) + the company’s primary technical specialty.
FromMatthieu · CashlySubjectQuestion regarding financing for the Villeneuve-d'Ascq construction project

Hello Laurent,

I saw that you won the contract to renovate the Villeneuve-d'Ascq media library last year—congratulations, it’s a great project.

I am reaching out to you because, on this type of public works project, 5% of each invoice is often held as a retention for months, or even years. Our solution buys back these retention amounts as soon as the invoice is issued: you immediately recover 100% of the amount due, and we assume the risk until the funds are released. This is a source of cash flow that is often overlooked but has a significant impact on large-scale projects.

How about a 15-minute chat to see if we’re a good fit?

Art Print Publisher × Interior Architects & Designers

Reaching out to interior designers and decorators, identifying recent projects in their portfolios.
Signal AIA recent project found in the prospect’s portfolio + 1 or 2 specific design details (materials, proportions, colors).
FromLéa · Atelier ChéretSubjectVilla Belle-Île project

Hello Claire,

I’ve looked through your portfolio and I think the Villa Belle-Île project is particularly impressive—the sloped ceilings and the cream and linen tones are very elegant.

Every month, we scour France for vintage designer furniture—Scandinavian designer chairs, Italian lighting from the 1960s, and artisanal ceramics. For a project like Villa Belle-Île, we could offer a selection of sand-colored ceramic or smoked glass light fixtures that would extend the sand-and-linen ambiance, with that soul that no new piece can provide.

Would you like to receive our monthly selection tailored to your color palette?

Video studio for executive experts × executives with specialized expertise

Reaching out to business leaders who have recently spoken publicly—via podcasts, interviews, or press appearances.
Signal AIA recent appearance (podcast, conference, interview) + deep industry expertise + a solution tailored to their field.
FromAntoine · NitroSubjectYour interview on Generation Do It Yourself

Hello Frédéric,

I listened to your interview on Generation Do It Yourself last week—your perspective on the bio-based materials revolution in the construction industry is fascinating.

I’m reaching out because we write in-depth opinion pieces for executive experts—1,500 to 2,500 words—published under your name on LinkedIn and in industry publications. You give us 45 minutes per quarter (a recorded interview), and we take care of the rest: research, writing, legal review, and pitching to the media. This is particularly effective for someone who wants to make their mark on the bio-based materials revolution.

Would you like to set aside 20 minutes so I can show you two recent examples?

FromHugo · NeuralShotSubjectVideo ideas for Etsu Gin

Hello Julie,

I took a look at your selection of Japanese gins—Etsu Signature really stands out; its minimalist label and aromatic profile make a strong statement.

I wanted to share two print campaign concepts for Etsu Gin that could be produced entirely by AI, inspired by 18th-century Japanese woodblock prints: a series of posters in which each bottle represents a landscape (Mount Fuji, the Nakagawa River, the Arashiyama Forest). Produced in 48 hours, with unlimited usage rights, and at a cost six times lower than a traditional photo shoot.

FromCédric · PilotysSubjectA63 viaduct and phase management

Hello Olivier,

I see that you are leading the study for the A63 viaduct near Bayonne—it’s a complex project with many stakeholders and phases to be billed as work progresses.

I’m writing to you because this is exactly the kind of project where our document collaboration platform makes a real difference: all drawings, calculations, and study reports are centralized, with version history and real-time shared annotations. Your teams and partner firms are always working on the latest version, communication is tracked, and you save 6 to 8 hours a week on document management alone.

How about a 20-minute slot to show you how it works in real time on one of your projects?

Influencer marketing agency × premium spirits brands

Reaching out to UK and US food and spirits brands with an active social media presence.
AI SignalSpecific product category (Japanese gin, single malt…), flagship product name, Instagram handle, target audience persona.
FromJames · SipCollectiveSubjectInfluencer ideas for Etsu Gin

Hi Mark,

I took a look at your Etsu Japanese gin—the minimalist bottle design is striking; it’s already set up to look great in every shot.

I wanted to reach out because we design limited-edition cocktail boxes that pair premium gins with bespoke botanicals sourced to match each brand's flavor profile. For Etsu Signature, we could create a Mount Fuji box—featuring yuzu, shiso, and Japanese cedar tonic—with each box serving as a self-contained tasting experience, perfect for journalists, bar managers, and premium gifting campaigns. We’ve created similar sets for Four Pillars and Monkey 47.

Would you like to schedule a 15-minute call to go over the concept?

Editorial content × brands with a strong editorial voice

Reaching out to companies with an active publishing presence—magazines, newsletters, blogs, and public speaking engagements.
Signal AIAnalysis of content published by the prospect (LinkedIn, website, articles, interviews) to identify recurring themes, areas of focus, and a distinctive editorial angle.
FromCamille · Mots&TerroirsSubjectYour newsletter on biodynamics

Hello Nathalie,

I’ve been reading your monthly newsletter for a few months now—your advocacy for biodynamics without dogma, while also explaining its practical limitations in Mediterranean terroirs, is rare and valuable.

I’m reaching out because I think your editorial approach would be a great fit for a podcast format. Our team produces short audio episodes (20–30 min) for brands with a strong editorial identity: you record one hour per quarter with us, we edit it into six episodes, we write the episode notes, and we distribute it on Spotify and Apple. For your audience of discerning enthusiasts, a podcast offers a level of intimacy that no other format can match.

Would you like us to send you 2–3 editorial ideas to illustrate the format?

The questions we get asked most often.

In which industries does this work?+
Cold emailing works in every industry—as long as your target audience is professional. We work exclusively in B2B (for GDPR compliance reasons). We’ve already run campaigns for manufacturers, premium brands targeting resellers, architecture firms, agencies, B2B e-commerce sites, consulting firms… As long as your target has a professional email address, our method applies.
How long before I see the first results?+
The first emails are sent out after 5 weeks (the time required for the technical warm-up and campaign preparation). The first responses often arrive within days of the launch. Over the course of a 12-month campaign, results build up gradually.
Is this GDPR-compliant?+
Yes. We only contact professionals (B2B) at their work email addresses, strictly for legitimate business purposes—which is permitted under the GDPR. Every email includes a clear unsubscribe link. We never use sensitive personal data.
What sets you apart from a traditional AI tool (Lemlist, Apollo, etc.)?+
Lemlist and Apollo are tools—they give you access to a platform, and it’s up to you to learn how to use it. We’re a team that handles your campaign from start to finish: targeting, copywriting, personalization, sending, and reporting. You don’t have to learn anything. And our AI is trained by human copywriters—the emails sound genuinely human, not like generic templates.
Who actually writes the emails: AI or a human?+
Both. The AI generates a personalized opening line for each prospect (something that would be impossible to do manually for thousands of prospects). The rest of the email is written in advance by our human copywriters, in collaboration with you. Our copywriters also regularly review the AI-generated text to ensure its quality.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the results?+
We’re upfront about it: we don’t sell emails; we sell sales opportunities. There are two options: no guarantee (fixed monthly price) or a results guarantee (minimum number of opportunities over X months). If we don’t meet the target, your billing is put on hold until we make up the difference.
How many prospects can we target?+
It depends on your market. For a local architecture firm, we can target a few hundred highly qualified prospects. For a national distributor, that number can rise to tens of thousands. We’ll determine your ideal volume during the initial workshop.
Do I need to provide the list of potential customers?+
No, we build it for you based on your specifications—that’s one of our strengths. You can, of course, provide us with some ideas or an existing template if you have one, but that’s not a requirement.
Do you work with small businesses or only large corporations?+
Both. We have clients ranging from independent freelancers (business coaches, consultants, B2B artisans) to small and medium-sized businesses and large franchise groups. The entry price remains affordable to ensure we remain accessible to smaller organizations.
How do you measure "qualified" opportunities?+
A qualified lead = a prospect who responds positively and with whom an appointment has been scheduled. We do not count "hello, thank you" messages, "no, thank you" responses, or spam. The count can be verified in the shared inbox.
